Service Scope

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) covers the transportation, handling, and delivery of specialist shipments and high-value goods by Worldwide Logistics for the year 2025.

Specialist shipments include but are not limited to perishable goods, hazardous materials, fragile items and oversized cargo.

High-value goods refer to items of significant monetary or strategic value that require special care and attention during transportation.

Service Commitments

Worldwide Logistics commits to providing timely, secure and efficient transportation services for specialist shipments and high-value goods in accordance with industry best practices.

The company will ensure that all shipments are handled with the utmost care and attention to prevent damage, loss or theft.

Specialized handling procedures will be implemented as necessary to meet the unique requirements of each shipment category.

Worldwide Logistics Group follows the Kaizen principles for continuous improvement in all high-value services to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

At least two members of staff will be responsible for overseeing and operating the shipment of high-value goods to ensure redundancy and expertise.

All parties involved are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the shipment of specialist shipments and high-value goods.

Performance Metrics

On-time Delivery: Worldwide Logistics Group guarantees that 95% of specialist shipments and high-value goods will be delivered on or before the agreed-upon delivery date.

Damage Rate: The company commits to maintaining a damage rate of less than 1% for all shipments in this category.

Security: Worldwide Logistics Group will implement stringent security measures to ensure the safety and security of all high-value goods during transportation, with a zero-tolerance policy for theft or tampering.

Customer Support

A dedicated customer support team will be available 24/7 to address any inquiries, concerns or issues related to specialist shipments and high-value goods.

Customers will be provided with real-time tracking information and updates on the status of their shipments to ensure transparency and peace of mind.

Compliance and Regulations

Worldwide Logistics Group will adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the transportation of specialist shipments and high-value goods.
