WWL Pakistan Branch Opens

Worldwide Logistics Group announces its newest branch office in Pakistan. WWL Pakistan Private Limited is headquartered in Karachi and managed by Imran Shaikh, a logistics veteran with more than 20 years experience in the industry. Before joining Worldwide Logistics Group, Mr. Shaikh worked for DHL in the United States, Pakistan and the Philippines. Prior to DHL, he began his career at Expeditors in Los Angeles, California.

WWL Pakistan represents the twelfth country in Worldwide Logistics’ ever-growing network of company-owned operations. “Pakistan is the fifth new country operation we have opened since the beginning of 2020. This is part of our goal to be in 25 countries by 2025,” said Joe Monaghan, President/CEO of Worldwide Logistics Group.

With a population of over 225 million people and strategic location in the region, Pakistan is a critical component of building the WWL global network.

Mr. Shaikh is excited to use his DHL experience as a growth point to build the Pakistan operations. “For a long time I have desired to leverage my experience and contacts by establishing a company in my home country, Pakistan. WWL is a perfect for me to achieve this goal.” Mr. Shaikh is a native of Pakistan with US citizenship.
