As part of Worldwide Logistics Group’s growth strategy in Asia, the company announces the latest addition to its expanded global reach…Worldwide Logistics Group – Philippines.
The Philippines office is in the heart of Bonifacio Global City, Manila’s financial district. Besides providing traditional commercial freight forwarding services, the Manila office will handle back-office work to support Worldwide Logistics Group’s US and Europe teams.
“When it comes to logistics and transportation, there’s a tremendous amount of “behind-the-scenes” support needed for our team to respond to the demands of our valued customers,” explained Nhecee Dela Cruz, General Manager of Worldwide Logistics Group – Philippines. “By supporting our US and European teams, we can streamline the process of moving goods around the world which is the essence of supply chain management.”
Nhecee has 12 years of experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. She started her career working for DHL Global Forwarding in customs brokerage and various roles in air and sea freight management.
“With someone like Nhecee joining our team, we know our customers will get a high level of service from a leader with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management,” said Willy Fong, Worldwide Logistics Group’s Managing Director in Asia.
On the freight forwarding side, the Philippines office, like all Worldwide Logistics branches, will provide a full range of logistics services for both importers and exporters.
“We’re thrilled to have Nhecee as one of our many global logistics leaders who allow us to offer first-class supply chain support to our customers throughout Asia and the world,” said Joe Monaghan, Worldwide Logistics Group CEO and president.
