It's been so easy to work with the fantastic team at Worldwide Logistics. We've tried several other freight forwarding companies but none of them compare to the care, service and attention WWL provides. I've never been able to have a rep that I could call at any time day or night or even on the weekends if there's a situation that urgently needs to be handled in the company in regards to freight or changing shipments and containers. They're super easy to work with and very accommodating. Their customer service is the best I've ever seen. On average they get our goods checked in within 1-3 days of the container clearing customers and being released in the port. With the other companies I wasn't ever able to have this kind of reliability especially on getting my containers shipped into Amazon in a timely manner due to needing to make Amazon appointments. These guys have it down to a science.
