Worldwide Logistics Turkey is seeking to add a strong, ambitious Sales Representatives to the team in our Istanbul office. He/She will focus on providing capacity that meets customers’ service expectations while generating expected levels of profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting new leads
- Cold calling prospects
- Onsite sales calls
- Attending networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups
- Managing the execution of RFQs
- Coordinating shipments with operations team
- Regular visits to existing / prospecting customers
- Developing new carrier relationships
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Book of business
- Field sales experience in the logistics industry
- A true passion for sales and logistics- must be a self-starter, highly motivated/self directed
- Must have high energy and enthusiasm
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written) is a must

- Minimum 2 plus years of experience in the transportation/logistics industry
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent customer service, communication and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and data entry systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Residing in Istanbul
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Must have a drivers license and ability to travel
- Ability to positively influence culture and behavior and work effectively with all levels within the company
